Templates

When submitting a proposal to the Horizon 2020 you should use the appropriate template.

For each open call the work-program specifies which template should be used.

The templates are in WORD format. The proposal is supposed to be written in the WORD Template. To complete the submission the file must be converted into a PDF file prior to uploading to the submission service portal.

In order to clarify some of the EU lingo within the templates, we have generated for you an annotated version for some of the templates as well as some tips.

We have currently made available for you the templates for the various ERC grants, MSC Actions and FET Collaborative projects.
